Kelvy Bird

Kelvy Bird

Kelvy has been working as a scribe in the fields of human and organizational development since 1995, with a focus on leadership, collective intelligence, and systems thinking. As part of the Presencing Institute since 2007, Kelvy has helped shape many of the global community offerings, most recently the edX course u.lab, for which she provides extensive visual material. In 2016, she co-edited the anthology: Drawn Together through Visual Practice, and in 2018 released Generative Scribing: A Social Art of the 21st Century. Kelvy received a BFA and BA from Cornell University, and currently lives in Somerville, MA USA.

Alfredo Carlo

Alfredo Carlo

Alfredo, born in Brussels, is a designer of collaborative processes and is a graphic facilitator. He’s the founding partner of Housatonic Design Network and, since 2011, a partner of Matter Group. Together these networks deliver graphic facilitation and collaborative sessions to navigate complexity. Alfredo is a member of The Value Web, a not-for-profit organisation made of an international facilitators and designers network, which helps large and medium-scale institutions all over the world in their processes of research for systemic and complex problem-solving. Alfredo currently lives with his family in Bologna, Italy.

Jayce Pei Yu Lee

Jayce Pei Yu Lee

Jayce leads the Visual Practice development in China. She is big at heart, small in size, and organic in spirit. Born in 1972 in Taiwan, she studied Typographic Design and Fine Arts while lived in New Zealand for 8 years. She has diverse experience ranging from graphic design, retail sales and marketing and visual merchandising for 10+ years. She devotes her time to visual Arts and bilingual graphic facilitation (Mandarin/ English) with the MGTaylor Methodology in Asia Pacific region. She has collaborated with The Value Web at the Summer Davos in China since 2010. She is a member of The Value Web, and global eco-system core team of Presencing Institute. Jayce is based in Taipei, Taiwan.

Jessica Rheil

Jessica Rheil

Jessica is charting new territory in “systems scribing”, helping to define and deliver the studio sessions. She is a designer and facilitator who uses collaborative-based design processes to gain insight and empower change. She employs visual and systems thinking, mindfulness, storytelling, ethnographic research, cameras, sharpies, and Post-it notes. As an entrepreneur, nature lover, photographer and former Naval Officer, Jessica brings a unique perspective that informs her design process and facilitation. She is located in Tigard, Oregon where she lives with her son, husband, and two cats. More

Marcello Petruzzi

Marcello Petruzzi

Marcello supports program delivery in Europe. He is a designer, visual practitioner and production manager for collaborative events and leadership programs. He is also a painter and author/musician who sees drawing as a method for inner exploration and discovery. Marcello has been working in the visual field for 15+ years with training in Visual Arts, Aesthetics and New Media Technologies and as an independent all-round creative consultant for 10 years, from illustration to front-end coding. In 2013 he combined his personal work philosophy with the activities of Housatonic Design Network—a high-level hotbed for visual creativity, facilitation and awareness—where he has been a Managing Partner since January 2018. Marcello is based in Bologna, Italy.

Mona Ebdrup

Mona Ebdrup

Mona Ebdrup is a self employed graphic facilitator, based in Copenhagen and Cape Town. She has a background in various fields such as event and project leadership, politics and has worked many years as an autodidakt chef, until she becamed a trained Kaospilot with focus on creative process leadership and inner development. Her work is global with both public and private institutions and she is especially passionate about systems thinking and creating new meaningful relationships between the Global North and South by working with privilege, blindspots, assumptions and structural dynamics. She has initiated the World Viz Cape Town 2021 gathering. 

Reilly Dow

Reilly Dow

Reilly leads the way in Latin America. She is a graphic facilitator working in English and Spanish, and over the past 10 years has supported a broad range of clients on four continents, using visuals to facilitate dialogue, depth, and understanding. Recent projects include co-creating a comic book on ecosystems services with communities on the Gulf Coast of Mexico for the GIZ, and co-facilitating a retreat for global leaders in the Burren on the west coast of Ireland. Reilly’s background in early childhood education informs a focus on lifelong learning and creativity. While completing an MA in Interdisciplinary Studies, her research focused on parent voice and participation in local public schools. Reilly was born in Canada and is based in Mexico City.
